INTRODUCTION:

Sattu is a superfood. It is flour made up of roasted chana dal (roasted Bengal gram). It is a rich source of protein, fiber and other essential nutrients. It is generally a staple food of the Indian states of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand and parts of Madhya Pradesh.
